1. Head out before the showing so buyers can feel comfortable exploring.
2. Open blinds and curtains to let in as much natural light as possible.
3. Turn on all lights throughout the home.
4. Light the fireplace—or turn it on, if applicable—for a warm, inviting feel.
5. Add fresh flowers or a bowl of lemons in the kitchen.
6. Take care of trash and recycling.
