Jordan Darty is a passionate criminal defense attorney committed to defending the accused against serious charges, ensuring every client receives the aggressive representation they deserve in an often intimidating legal process. Jordan vigorously defends individuals charged with misdemeanors, felonies, DUI's, and drug offenses, drawing on his own proven track record of acquittals and dismissed cases to secure the best possible outcomes. Since passing the NC bar in 2020, Jordan has continuously made his mark in the legal community. Kaleigh Darty is a fierce advocate with a deep commitment to justice and an unwavering dedication to those who need it most. Known for her compassionate yet relentless approach, Kaleigh has built her practice around serving some of the most underprivileged and underserved individuals—clients who often feel unheard, overlooked, or powerless within the legal system. Kaleigh graduated from Statesville High School in 2012, where she demonstrated early leadership as captain of the cheerleading team while also competing in soccer and track. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina State University in 2016, along with a minor in Spanish.
Kaleigh earned admission to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law on an academic scholarship. During law school, she distinguished herself as a member of The First Amendment Law Review and the Holderness Moot Court Team. Her exceptional oral advocacy skills earned her a first-place regional ranking and a third-place national ranking, achievements that led to her induction into The Order of the Barristers—a prestigious honor awarded to only five graduates in her class at UNC School of Law. Throughout decades of practice, Ken Darty has handled some of the most complex and high-stakes criminal defense and family law matters, earning a reputation for “relentless representation.” Judges, prosecutors, and opposing counsel recognize his ability to anticipate the opposition, simplify complex issues for juries, and protect his clients’ interest at every stage of litigation.

Ken Darty graduated from Statesville High School in 1980, where he was an all-state athlete. Mr. Darty attended St. Augustine’s University on a baseball and academic scholarship, and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1984. In 1988, Mr. Darty graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Masters in Public Administration concentrating in Political Science and Government. In 1993, Mr. Darty graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University School of Law.
