As a commissioned notary public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, I am authorized to provide confidential mobile notary services for western Pa and the surrounding areas for the fees allowed by law.
Forms of ID accepted: ID's must have a photo signature and government issued ID number/serial number AND must be Current.
Examples of ID accepted: state photo issued driver's license, non-driver photo ID card, state issued ID card, passport, military ID card, US immigration and Nationalization ID card.
No Exceptions: signer(s) must appear in person, signer(s) must show an acceptable and current form of ID, documtents must be signed in my presence, documents cannot be backdated, and fee must be paid when services are rendered.
Fee: Cost is Travel Fee + PA Notarization Fee
$5 Travel Fee (up to 25 miles) $10 Travel Fee (25-50 miles) and $15 Travel Fee (over 50 miles).
