My buyers didn't win 🥈 in the beginning, but we won 🥇 in the end!! My buyers initially missed out on this and lost to another buyer. The buyer that secured ⛓ the property lost his job 🫣 the day before closing. My buyers came back and purchased 💰 the property they really wanted!! Things happen for a reason 🤞. It may not make sense while things are unfolding, but I promise things happen the way they're supposed to! Congratulations 🥂 to my buyers!

I had worked with my buyers off and on for about 6️⃣-8️⃣ months. They went through a couple of different lenders 💻 that stated they couldn't 😕 finance. I connected them with my preferred lender 🤩 @ Call and she made it happen!!! My clients only wanted 1️⃣ area so it took a little time⌛, but they found the perfect house 🏡 to fit their needs! She picked the one 📝 that favored her terms the most and we negotiated even BETTER terms to fit her needs! My seller walked away with $3️⃣5️⃣,0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ more than she had initially anticipated! To say she is ecstatic 🤩 is an understatement!
