Continuing Education is a requirement to maintain a real estate license, but every so often, a class becomes much more than a requirement. Today, I had the privilege of attending a Fair Housing course at St. Louis Association of REALTORS®, taught by DebThoman. Her insights were both educational and inspiring. Near the end of the class, she shared a quote from one of my favorite authors, - about crayons. This message resonated deeply with me, both personally and professionally. As REALTORS®, we have the opportunity and responsibility to help create communities where everyone feels welcome and included.
