We are a small sized law firm in Clayton, MO seeking an experienced front desk receptionist who will be responsible for:

• Operating a multi‐line telephone system and transferring calls.
• Greeting and directing visitors.
• Apply postage to outgoing mail, distribute incoming mail, accept and sign for packages, registered mail, etc.
• Scheduling conference rooms for attorney meetings.
• Receive and distribute incoming faxes and outgoing fax confirmations.
• Monitor and order supplies as needed.
• Daily enter attorneys' timesheets into the firm's practice management system and assist with edits to entries as needed.
• Assist with various copy projects and some overflow projects and light typing (utilizing MS Word and Excel)

This is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with an hour for lunch. (37.5 paid hours per week).
