After a hit-and-run accident left our client with extensive head, back, and hip injuries, Attorney Leah Lakatos and Paralegal Maddie Barra-Boeding fought to make sure his injuries and future medical needs were taken seriously through an uninsured motorist (UM) claim with his own insurance company.

When the insurance company’s doctor questioned whether our client’s treatment was necessary, Leah and Maddie did their research, challenged that opinion, and kept pushing for answers.

Their hard work paid off. The insurance company ultimately agreed to pay the full $275,000 policy limits on his UM claim, helping account for his current and future medical needs.
