Caution: Be Aware of "Case.net" Scam Websites

Case.net. is a Missouri online search portal that provides access to public court case information and documents. Attorneys use it on a daily basis and the general public has been utilizing it more now than ever given the additional access to court filings.

The Missouri Supreme Court recently issued a warning about the increase of fake websites, often referred to as "spoofing," which can expose visitors to malware and other viruses.

There is only one authentic Case.net. It is free and is linked from the Missouri Courts website, https://www.courts.mo.gov, and available directly at https://www.courts.mo.gov/casenet/.
