🏁 CLOSED! Seller just wrapped up his 2nd flip — and we closed at LIST PRICE! 🏡🔥

Not only did we get multiple offers, the buyer closed on a fully furnished home plus a home warranty. That’s how you finish strong. 🙌🏽

Now let me tell you… this closing came with a plot twist I’ve NEVER seen in 16 years in real estate. 😩😅

During inspections, the inspector calls and says:

“The seller told me she’s not interested in selling anymore… she changed her mind and won’t let me in."

And I’m like… 🤔
“Sir… you must be at the wrong house. The seller is a man, and the property is vacant.”

Friend… he was NOT at the wrong house. 😭

A woman had broken in, moved into the home, locked the screen door, took the sign out the yard, and literally turned the inspector away like she owned the place. 🙄🏠

The seller had to call the police to get her removed, and she told them her name was Rodger and that she owned the house. 😫😅

But guess what? We stayed steady. We handled business. And we still made it to the finish line. 🏁

Seller message after closing:
“Hi Ebony, can you believe it, we finally made it to the finish line!! Thank you for your professionalism, patience and guidance throughout the entire process!! God is Great and so worthy to be Praised 🙏🏽🙌🏽”
