Every time we show a home, we’re being trusted with someone’s biggest investment. Whether the home is occupied or vacant, let’s remember the little things that make a big difference:

🚪 Make sure every exterior door is fully closed and locked before you leave.
💡 Turn off lights if instructed.
🌡️ If you adjust the thermostat for any reason, return it to the original setting before you leave.

These may seem like small details, but to our sellers, they mean everything. Professionalism isn’t just about negotiating contracts—it’s about respecting the trust homeowners place in us every time they hand over the keys.
