11 years in real estate and I can officially say…

There are STILL firsts. 😂🏡

Today’s edition:

During the inspection period, the buyer’s agent asked for written permission from the seller for their roofer to physically get on the roof.

Not permission to inspect it.
Not permission to bring a roofer.
Written permission to actually get ON the roof.

And you know what? Fair enough. 😂

Seller permission obtained ✔️
Visual inspection only ✔️
No destructive testing or alterations ✔️
Liability and responsibility addressed ✔️

One thing 11 years in real estate has taught me: experience doesn’t mean you’ve seen everything.

It means when something you’ve NEVER seen before lands in your inbox, you know enough to say:

“Okayyyy… that’s a first. Let’s make sure everybody is protected.” 😂

Saw Eller excited because he was able to take an offer and get a family in their 1st home. buyers are excited to move into their own home they worked hard to get after months of investors beating their offers. Agents ready to get their pay Everyone was ready to close Tuesday until....copper thieft... Someone decided to break in and steal all the copper water lines. Now we are all scrambling to find solutions and still be able to work this out
