SOLD! 🎉🏡

To my amazing sellers—CONGRATULATIONS on making it to the closing table! This one definitely wasn’t for the faint of heart.

What should have been a straightforward sale turned into a roller coaster thanks to permits, inspections, county requirements, unexpected hurdles, and more twists and turns than I care to remember. At one point, I was pretty sure this transaction was taking years off my life! 😂

But through patience, persistence, teamwork, and a whole lot of problem-solving, we got it DONE. Today, we celebrate a successful closing and one more chapter officially complete.
