Northside Community Housing, Inc. NCHI is a non-profit, community development corporation that has been serving north Saint Louis City The mission of Northside Community Housing, Inc.

is to provide high quality housing that is affordable to low- and moderate-income residents in the Ville, Greater Ville, and surrounding neighborhoods, and to create opportunities for them to improve their lives and revitalize the community.

Thank you, Michael Burns, for your testimony today on Board Bill 41, sponsored by Alderwoman Alisha Sonnier in the HUDZ Committee meeting. Community Development Corporations are essential to both housing work and authentic neighborhood engagement. They combine development efforts with on the ground relationships in ways government agencies alone often can’t replicate.

We’re grateful for the work that you do and we’re incredibly proud to have Northside Community Housing, Inc. based in our neighborhood.
