Real estate doesn’t stop just because I’m in Eminence, Missouri… and neither do I. 😉

Pulled over, popped open the laptop, and sent a contract because deadlines don’t care if you’re by the Jacks Fork river, on vacation, or chasing a little adventure.

When my clients need me, I make it happen. That’s just how I do business.

Before the kids head back to school, I put together a Family Fun Guide featuring some of the best events, fairs, festivals, markets, and local favorites happening across St. Louis, St. Charles, Warren, Lincoln, Franklin, and Pike Counties.

From the Washington Town & Country Fair and Festival of the Little Hills to the St. Charles County Fair, farmers markets, splash pads, and St. Louis favorites, there’s still plenty of summer fun left to enjoy!
