Following trial proceedings, the Court rendered a verdict of Not Guilty, resulting in a complete acquittal for the defendant.

Another great result for RSFJ partner TJ Matthes. TJ recently obtained a not guilty verdict on all counts from the jury in State of Missouri v. Keylan Lakes. Mr. Lakes was charged with Assault First, Armed Criminal Action, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. He was facing life in the Missouri Department of Corrections.
