Please join me in congratulating Derek and Liz on the sale of their home!

While I’ve known Liz for probably 30 years, I only met Derek when they were looking to buy their first home in Rivertown around 10 years ago.

Today now marks the fifth time they have now trusted me with their real estate needs!

Congratulations, guys! Now go enjoy that country living!

Are you actually out showing 10 acres if you don’t come back covered in these?!

I say it a lot, but I can't say it enough, that referrals are the biggest compliment that I can get.

Years ago I helped Jim and Sonja buy a home, and fast forward to today, their son Kyle and wife Gina, along with mother/mother-in-law Deborah have just closed on this beautiful pool home in St. Johns County.

Congratulations to this amazing family!

For more than 11 years cindy_browningmccahill has seen my closing photos. Now it’s her time in the spotlight!

And boy did the pieces fall perfectly into place to make it happen.

Earlier this year, when her tenant vacated her rental property, Cindy decided it was time to sell it.

And after two contracts fell through due to loss of job and financing, one of my investor clients reached out looking to add to their portfolio.

Perfect timing - and a perfect match.

Congratulations to my wife on a successful sale and to the new owners on their latest investment!

Thank you both for “Trustin’ Justin!”

Yesterday I said I wear a lot of hats in real estate. This person apparently took that very seriously.

You end up wearing lots of hats in this industry. One day you are a Realtor, the next day you are junk removal!

Many times in real estate, timing is everything.

When I met with my clients to interview for the job, they told me they had their eye on another home, which meant they had an aggressive timeline and a clear goal: get their home sold as quickly as possible (without giving it away) so they could make their next move.

They did an AMAZING job getting the house ready, staged, and looking its absolute best for every showing. We put together a game plan, executed it, and 23 days later, we're officially under contract!

This is what happens when preparation, strategy, and teamwork come together.

Now we're one step closer to getting these sellers into their next home.

Thinking about making a move? Let's put together a plan that works for YOU!

Some closings just hit a little differently.

Mike and I go all the way back to playing Little League together some 30+ years ago. After nearly 20 years of life taking us in different directions, we reconnected about 10 years ago when he and Shannon and family moved onto my street and we randomly ran into each other at the bus stop.

Ever since then, I’ve heard them talk about their dream (plans) of one day owning a home on the St. Johns River.

Today, that dream became reality.

After what seemed like years of searching for the perfect place, the Padrons are officially the owners of an amazing home on more than four acres on the river - an incredible place for the entire family to make memories of a lifetime.

I’m grateful for every client I get to help, but helping lifelong friends achieve a lifelong dream is pretty hard to beat.

Congratulations, Mike, Shannon, Liam, Reagan and Beckett.

Thank you for Trustin’ Justin to help find your slice of Heaven!

Interesting. Wonder if it will get approved.
