Closing No. 2 today - and another set of clients have turned into friends!

Tim and Sue came to me in a sticky situation. They had found their dream home on the water in Palm Coast and went under contract, but they needed to sell their Jacksonville home quickly to avoid carrying two mortgages for too long.

Closing #1 of 2 today, and this one is another special one!

When I first met John and Sandy, we were strangers. They were interviewing agents to sell their home and ultimately decided they were “Trustin’ Justin” for the job - which also meant we’d have to find them a new home as well.

After successfully selling their home, today they closed on a beautiful new construction home in Stillwater! The road wasn’t completely smooth, including a builder delay that left them temporarily staying with friends after their home had already sold, but we navigated it together and made it to closing day.

Clients turned friends are one of the best parts of this business. I’m incredibly grateful they trusted me with both the sale of their old home and the purchase of their new one.
