The more and more we move our lives to the digital world, the more and more we need to make sure we have plans for our digital assets. Do you want to pass on your game save files? Your digital music collection? Your collection of good movies on Itunes? What about the money left over in online account?

Make sure your estate plan contemplates your digital assets as well as your traditional assets. This means much more than simply passing along a password.

But now he’s gone, so he doesn’t get a vote. He left us behind to pick up the pieces of his life, to throw out his post-it notes and turn off his Facebook account. We have to decide what to do with all the bits and bobs of him tak­ing up space[...]

Title 36 of the United States Code, Section 110 designates June 14 as Flag Day. Paragraph (b) of such section requests that the President issue a proclamation calling for the nation to observe Flag Day. It is Give STL Day. An organization I'd love to see supported is Join Hands, ESL (you can find it in the search box).

The mission of Join Hands ESL is to show love and compassion, to affirm and enhance self respect and self esteem, and to provide opportunities for recreation, growth, education and empowerment to the economically poor in East St. Louis, Illinois.
It is one of the smaller, lesser known organizations in the area, so every little bit is going to go a very long way.
