Happy Fri-Yay! It was my turn to hold the key! Unfortunately, my partner in crime Kim Richardson Whitt couldn't be there for closing day.
Super happy to announce that our Historic St. Charles project is officially SOLD! This one was a true labor of 💚, but it was also our most 😄.
This wasn’t our traditional renovation project. There were a lot of challenges to overcome with the age of the property, unique layout and outdated plumbing and electric…but we did it!
We also were featured in both NY Times and Winghaven magazine which was such an hour. We really tried to bring back some of the historic charm with modern functionality. Special thanks to everyone who helped us bring this one to life! Rodney Gibson , Patriot Electric, Behrle Plumbing, Ty Smith, Tyler Latham and Jeff Metter.
We ended it the way we started it 🍻! Thought I’d share some of our favorites moments!
