Inventory is still low, it has been decreasing since 2012. 11 years of decreased inventory with no light at the end of the tunnel. Desperation is what has allowed builders to build in less than desirable locations i.e. right next to highways, with industrial parks in view, etc. These areas will suffer the most when the next crash happens. Buyers should refuse to purchase homes in these areas. A buyer should be able to enjoy their yards without unpleasant constant noise and sights. Get out while you can if you are already in these types of areas. A little loss now can prevent a big loss later. You have approximately 8 to 10 years before the next global crash.
