We approach these issues in an objective way, with a primary emphasis on promoting the highest quality of life dedicated to providing solutions for the elderly, the disabled and their families. As attorneys, we are able to utilize legal tools and techniques to meet the goals and objectives of our clients. As advocates, we assist clients in planning for the possibility of disability, incapacity, home health care, assisted living and/or nursing home placement. Through estate planning and asset protection planning, we help clients to avoid probate and the impoverishment caused by the escalating costs of long term care. We also help our clients maintain their right to make health care and financial decisions through the use of Durable Powers of Attorney.
