Special shout out to our very own Jessie Capone Saucer! She closed two incredibly complex deals recently that prove she is the best of the best! For one she literally had to pound on doors until the HOA manager “who was unavailable for the week due to meetings” could be found to provide info her buyer client’s lender desperately needed to finalize the loan and go to closing.
For a seller, she fought fiercely and without let-up to defend her client from an unfair and unscrupulous action that would have cost her client thousands - and won!
