Well, my answer is a resounding ๐˜๐„๐’!!!

Let me share the journey of one of my former students โ€“ ๐‚๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ค๐ž๐ซ ๐„๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐ฎ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž ๐’๐š๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐š.

He was working full-time while in college and while reviewing the board exam. Nahirapan ba siya? Of course. Napagod ba siya? Pagod na pagod. Pero nawalan ba siya ng pag-asa? Hindi. In fact, he even topped the Board Exam with an impressive 88.50%.

So, sa mga future customs brokers dyan na nagta-trabaho habang nag-aaral, huwag mawalan ng pag-asa. Oo, nakakapagod. Habang ang iba ay mahimbing ang tulog sa gabi, kayo ay nagsisimula pa lamang magbasa ng inyong mga review materials. Pero huwag mawalan ng pag-asa. If nakaya ni Emman na sinabay ang pagtatrabaho at pag-rereview, kaya nyo rin yan.

If you feel tired and exhausted, rest if you must. But never quit!

I recently got a message asking whether the previously released Table of Specifications (TOS) is still applicable for the 2026 Customs Brokers Licensure Examination (CuBLE).

PRBCB Resolution No. 02 (s. 2025) expressly states that this "shall apply in the November 2025 Customs Brokers Licensure Examination ๐’‚๐’๐’… ๐’•๐’‰๐’† ๐’”๐’–๐’ƒ๐’”๐’†๐’’๐’–๐’†๐’๐’• ๐’”๐’„๐’‰๐’†๐’…๐’–๐’๐’†๐’” ๐’•๐’‰๐’†๐’“๐’†๐’๐’‡."

Hence, the TOS that was adopted in 2025 CuBLE is still the same TOS to be used for 2026 CuBLE.
