As many of you are aware there have been some big changes in my life over the past few months. In April my wife Melissa McManus received a cancer diagnosis. This has been shocking and as a family we are having to make many changes that have involved many tough decisions. I am posting this to let everyone know that I am selling my building located at 1801 W. Huntsville in Springdale. This is the beginning of many changes. I am currently working on contacting clients to discuss any impacts that this may have on their individual cases, and at this point the major change will be based on location, with more information to follow. This has been a difficult time and I am very grateful for the assistance of fellow attorney Stuart Cearley as he has been a blessed friend throughout the last few months. Stuart has helped and will continue to help me with my caseload, and more importantly he has provided unending support for my family. Again, I will be reaching out to all of my individual clients to discuss in greater detail, and I appreciate your patience. If you are the praying sort, please include Melissa and the rest of my family in those prayers. We are grateful for all of you.
