WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT SET BACK, RUMOR, or FEAR? (I want YOUR current experience)

I hear so much daily! Aka; why someone does not want to buy, or was being told no, or being told to do extra over the top things to be approved….and yet I’ve first hand witnessed so many just speaking to the wrong individuals who may or not be in the field, aka never been licensed or they read a post. Or it’s just not the right lender who doesn’t specialize in programs for buyers, or sellers, or even VA, and even sellers that have been made timid to make their next move as well.

At this rate if I were her:
1. Social media monetize!
2. Job in marketing!
3. Invest in real-estate, in Texas. I’ll be her realtor. In a non weird way cause iykyk, and also keep in mind I am married. Lol.
4. Add on rentals and have management handle your tenants.
5. Add on more streams of income, then voila your the next Alex Earle or is it Alix? Either way same thing!
