Storm Damage, Move-Out Problems & Last-Minute Inspections 😳🏚️
Today is all about inspections, upkeep, and catching problems BEFORE they become expensive disasters ⚠️🏚️
Because in property management…

We start the day revisiting a property connected to:
😳 “Her Sister LEFT… and Dumped the Entire Mess on Her”
The tenants were supposed to repaint and fully move out…
…but when I arrive:
👀 there’s STILL stuff left behind.
So now we need to verify:
are they actually finished moving out?
was the work completed properly?
and is this property REALLY ready for turnover?
Next property:
🏠 A tenant suddenly moved up her move-in timeline.
That means:
🔑 every key must work
⚡ utilities checked
🚪 locks verified
🏚️ final inspection completed FAST
Because the LAST thing you want is:
👉 move-in day problems.
Then things shift outdoors 🌳
A recent storm caused:
⚠️ fallen limbs

⚠️ cleanup problems
And after inspecting the yard work…
😬 the mowing company clearly didn’t finish the job.
Which means:
👉 they’re not getting paid until it’s corrected.
