Julianne Patton, Realtor

Interior design school drop-out. Vintage home renovator. Fashion lover. Beauty appreciator. Domestic goddess. Home stager. Foodie (who doesn’t like to cook). Stage-frightened singer-songwriter. Frugalista. Blogger. I’m a native Californian but my family has made Middle Tennessee our home. We live in an old American foursquare house in the country and homeschool our children. I spent many years as a stay-at-home mom while also working part time as a medical transcriptionist. Somehwere along the way I developed a love for all things real estate and interior design. I even attended O’More College of Design for a short time hoping to become an interior designer then switched to real estate. In my self-discovery, I realized my strength is coordinating all puzzle pieces to make a fantastic real estate transaction…from staging to marketing to managing contracts to negotiating the deal. I’m here to make your busy life simpler and navigate you through the complex world of real estate. I want my clients to have 10+ white glove service…and then refer their friends to me! Thank you for starting your real estate search with me. This website is full of information for you whether you are looking to buy or sell. I appreciate the opportunity to earn your business. JULIANNE
