This little 1909 cottage got a whole lot of love before it hit the market: new roof, siding, and paint, an updated kitchen and bath, plus a new carport and fencing. Buyers noticed.

Congrats to my sellers. It’s been a fun one to be part of.

Closed and a new roof and fresh paint by the next weekend. 🏡

Congratulations to my client on closing 3003 E 15th Ave! This isn’t our first house together, and I’m grateful every time he trusts me with the next one.

Under 30 days from mutual acceptance to closing. In a market like this one, buyers and sellers have room to work things into the deal. Here, that meant the exterior paint and help with closing costs, so less had to come out of my client’s pocket after closing.

The painting funds were set aside at closing so the painter could start right away. The roof went on the same weekend.
