After 36 years as a Realtor, I do still love what I do. I know interest rates seem high right now and homes also seem high priced. But I remember over 10% interest rates, and years when sellers had to sell their homes and netted $0.0 in funds, sometimes paying $ to close their homes. These last several years we have been in an unusual market. Sellers have made record net profits from their properties. Buyers have sometimes paid premium prices for their homes. Real estate markets have always fluctuated. It is a problem solving situation, and there are always answers and solutions. That’s why I love Real estate there is an answer and usually a workable solution for all of my clients!
