As the real estate market continues to fluctuate, proper discovery becomes more important than ever. When your cases involve real property, knowing what questions to ask your client as early as possible will uncover potential issues, your client’s motivation, and avoid costly surprises down the line.

In this session, titled “Foundation First: Real Property Intake for Attorneys,” you will come away with:

-The state of the current real estate market and how it affects your practice
