COVID-19: Etter, McMahon, Lamberson, Van Wert & Oreskovich, P.C. are committed to protecting the health of its clients, its personnel, and its community. Accordingly, the firm has instituted a remote workplace for its attorneys and staff consistent with governmental and health authority guidance. To ensure uninterrupted service and the exceptional representation our clients deserve and expect, each person working remotely has the technological ability to continue operations while maintaining the confidentiality and security of client information. There is limited staff at the firm office to handle financial and administrative matters requiring a physical presence, such as receiving deliveries, managing phone calls, and forwarding mail. We prefer to utilize teleconferencing and videoconferencing for any meetings during this period; however, if you believe an in-person meeting is necessary, please contact your attorney to discuss. The court systems continue to provide updates regarding operations, but most have suspended the majority of in-court matters and deadlines until mid-April.
