CVA has issued a recall covering all production years of the Paramount, Paramount HTR, Paramount Pro, and Paramount Pro V2.

CVA is instructing owners to stop using affected ri**es and review the recall information.

What if the thing that hurt you was supposed to protect you?

A safety device. A piece of equipment. A household product. A tool.

When someone is injured by a product, there can be questions beyond the injury itself. Was the product defective? Was there a problem with its design or manufacture? Were adequate warnings provided?

However, in certain circumstances, South Carolina law may also raise questions about the person or business that provided the alcohol.
