The moratorium on residential evictions was extended for another thirty days on 5/14/2021. Link to Executive Order 106 (moratorium) and Executive Order 240 (extending moratorium) is below. The link to find rental assistance available for tenants and landlords is also below.

Great news in NJ for Commercial Landlords!

The NJ Supreme Court authorized the resumption of commercial landlord tenant trials effective June 2, 2021. At this time, settlement conferences and trials are generally virtual. The trial court may determine to proceed in person in a particular matter based on the individual facts of the case.
