🏥 Her why: During a hospital tour, a Cook Children’s doctor personally thanked Melanie and her team for helping fund a specialized medical training mannequin. The equipment helped the hospital prepare for a groundbreaking surgical procedure that was not being offered anywhere else in the country.

💗 How she leads: Melanie donates from every closing and helps organize creative events like Pie the Broker and Burgers for Babies.

🍔 Her goal: Burgers for Babies has raised approximately $800,000 in 16 years. This October, RE/MAX Trinity hopes to raise more than $100,000 and move closer to $1 million.

Dallas-Fort Worth is again expected to be the nation’s hottest real estate market for investment and development.

D-FW led the field in a scorecard of metro areas that property executives expect to prosper in 2026. It’s the second straight year that North Texas has topped the PriceWaterhouse Coopers and the Urban Land Institute’s Emerging Trends in Real Estate report.

Dallas-Fort Worth is again expected to be the nation’s hottest real estate market for investment and development.

𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘁! 🚧 Precinct Line Road northbound and southbound at SH 183 will be closed nightly from 10 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., August 11-16, for capacity improvements on the TEXpress Lanes bridge. Traffic traveling northbound will be detoured to the Hurstview Drive intersection and traffic traveling southbound will be detoured to the West Bedford Euless Road intersection. The intersection will reopen each morning.

Signage with the closure information has been placed along Precinct Line Road. Please plan ahead and follow detour signs to navigate safely. Thank you for your patience!
