Some closings are business. This one was personal. ❤️

1145 W. Hills Terrace went under contract in just ONE day, but this home was never just a house to me.

It’s where our kids grew up together. Where we celebrated holidays, birthdays, Sunday Fundays, and countless little moments that became some of our favorite memories.

You know those seasons of life you wish you could bottle up and keep forever? This house holds a lot of those. 🥹

So yes, saying goodbye is bittersweet. But I’m even more excited for my dear friends, Julie & Ben, as they begin their next chapter.

The house may have a new owner, but the memories will always be ours. ❤️
