Last year, we took up the case of a local business who'd been sued, and yesterday, the plaintiff in that case made the tough call to dismiss. No settlement agreement. No recovery of any kind. It was a take-nothing result for them and a win for us.

It's hard to let go of a case once you've put in the work, and as a plaintiff-oriented firm, we're mindful of this when discussing cases with potential clients. You have to be careful what you grab onto in this world.

A litigation firm representing clients for matters that can be resolved in Texas courts. Attorney Matthew White founded this firm to serve clients needing help with family law matters, injury cases, and probate.

Grapevine High School's Speech and Debate Team came by yesterday, and it was by far the best meeting of the week! These students have bright futures ahead of them, and it was great to hear them talk about their goals and aspirations.

If your company is looking to make a difference, reach out to local schools and tell them you want to help. What you get from the experience will be far greater than what you give.

We want to provide excellent customer service, and to do that, we have to get meaningful feedback from each client on a regular basis.

But if we just ask, "How are we doing?" most clients are going to be kind and positive, even if we've dropped the ball somewhere. So instead, we ask, "WHAT can we do to improve?"

How you ask the question can make a big difference in the answers you get. :)
