There are some transactions that hit a little closer to home, and this was one of them. ❤️🏡

I’ve known Carlos and Elizabeth since I was 16 years old. We’ve done a lot of growing up together. A few years ago Carlos reached out because they wanted to buy a home. At the time, we weren’t quite there yet. But one of the biggest lessons I try to teach my clients is this:

The answer is never no, it’s just “not right now.”

We had some work to do to get them in a position to qualify for a loan, so we made a plan and got to work.

Fast forward to this year, and we started the search again. This time, we received an approval… just not for the amount needed to buy the home they truly wanted. So we kept knocking on doors. We explored every option, advocated for them, and eventually found the right fit to get them approved for the amount they needed.

We got under contract and things were moving along smoothly… almost too smoothly.

Then, five days before closing, at 3:00 p.m. on a Friday, I got the call no one wants to receive: it turns out they made too much to qualify for the program we had been counting on.

We had two choices: panic or problem-solve.

So that’s exactly what we did.

After a weekend filled with phone calls, emails, text messages, brainstorming sessions, and refusing to give up, we found a solution on Monday and made it to the closing table on Tuesday without delaying closing.

And the best part?

We successfully closed on a day that already held special meaning for their family. It was Carlos’ brother’s birthday, who was watching all of this unfold from heaven. Now, that date carries an even deeper significance. It will always represent both the memory of someone deeply loved and the day Carlos and Elizabeth became homeowners.

Congratulations, Carlos and Elizabeth. Thank you for trusting me through every hurdle, every pivot, and every late-night conversation. Watching your dreams become reality has been an honor.

Here’s to new memories, new beginnings, and the reminder that sometimes the journey takes a little longer than expected but it’s worth it all in Gods timing. 🏠🔑❤️

🇺🇸🏡 HOME FOR HEROES CLOSING 🏡🇺🇸

Helping our hometown heroes become homeowners will always hold a special place in my heart. ❤️

Congratulations to Adrian, a proud Veteran and first-time homebuyer, on closing on his new home! 🎉

When you start house shopping with me we talk through your big picture… not just today, but his 3-year, 5-year, and 10-year goals. Some homes hold more than walls… they hold memories. 💙🏡

When I first sat down with Joyce during our sales consultation, I found myself doing something most Realtors probably don’t… I tried talking her out of selling. 😅

Her home was absolutely beautiful and filled with 21 years of love, memories, gran babies and stories. It was clear this wasn’t just a house, it was home.

But Joyce had a dream I couldn’t argue with… retirement in Florida. 🌴☀️

So we got to work.

From consultation to market-ready, we prepared her home to shine. Then something incredible happened… The very first family to walk through my Open House as soon as it started fell in love and submitted an offer. We went under contract in just FOUR days. 🙌

Watching dreams unfold in real time is one of the sweetest parts of what I get to do 🤍

This is the third home I’ve been blessed to help Carlos & Blanca purchase, and every single one has had purpose behind it.

Blanca has shared with me how, as a little girl, she would walk down to her grandmother’s house on Sundays. Family close by wasn’t just convenient, it was everything. Those memories shaped her dream: for her grandchildren to be able to walk to her house whenever they please.

Now here they are…
Two amazing kiddos.
One precious grandbaby.
And a vision that’s slowly becoming reality.

Carlos and Blanca are in a position to purchase homes close by for their children creating stability, opportunity, and generational wealth all at once. It’s intentional. It’s legacy. It’s love in action.

They’ve shown me that the possibilities truly are endless when you think long-term.

If you have children, consider this:
Buy a rental property and hold it. Let it grow. When they turn 18, give them the option live in it and build their foundation, or sell it and use the funds toward college. That’s how you change a family tree.

As I start my own family, I pray I’m able to create that same kind of legacy.

Grateful, humbled, and honestly really proud 🤍

After being sick for the past few weeks, I never got a chance to post about my December closings but I’m excited to finally share that I was the second highest top-producing agent for the month at my brokerage!

While I fell just short of my personal goal of being the top-producing agent, I’m incredibly proud of what truly matters most: helping 4 families move into their new homes just before Christmas. That’s the real win.

While many agents slow down and “go with the flow” during the winter months, I see this season as an opportunity to show up, work harder, and serve more families when they need it most.

So thankful for my clients, referrals, and support system. On to 2026 and all the exciting opportunities ahead! 🏡✨
