Verdict for the Plaintiff today in Macomb County Circuit Court; we won an ‘impossible’ case for our motorcycle client that rear ended a van who braked hard for a police car with lights and sirens at a green light. Legally we started with presumption it was 100% our client’s fault. 3 focus groups told us we would lose-that it was 90-100% biker’s fault. That helped us rework and rework the framing.
