🏍️ Settled for 12 TIMES the initial offer

Congratulations to Attorney Stephen Hardy on securing a $1.2 million settlement for a client seriously injured in a motorcycle crash.

The insurance company initially offered just $100,000, arguing that the client’s injuries were partly due to pre-existing conditions. Although the defendant admitted fault, the insurer claimed coverage was limited to $250,000.

Our team uncovered an umbrella policy that provided significantly more coverage. Attorney Hardy then worked with the client’s doctors to demonstrate how the crash worsened a pre-existing injury, permanently changed the client’s career path, and resulted in decades of lost earning potential.

Through strategic negotiations, we secured all the excess economic damages for our client PLUS $700,000 for pain and suffering. The final settlement was 12 TIMES the insurance company’s initial offer.
