The Detroit News and WWJ News Radio covered Senior Shareholder Tad T. Roumayah’s recently filed s*x discrimination and retaliation lawsuit representing reporter Taryn Asher against Fox 2 Detroit (WJBK-TV) and Fox Television Stations.

“Asher raised concerns that she was being denied the same opportunities and flexibility provided to her male counterpart,” Roumayah told WWJ Radio. "Rather than address those concerns fairly, the station retaliated against her by, among other things, firing her.”

The filing follows an EEOC complaint Asher brought earlier this year alleging she was treated less favorably than her male colleagues.
