Sometimes the most meaningful real estate stories begin when you least expect them.
One Sunday morning, I was busy cleaning when I noticed a missed call. When I called back, a couple told me they were sitting on the porch of a nearby home and wanted to see a property. I quickly peeled off my rubber gloves, jumped in the car, and rushed over—only realizing how I was dressed once I arrived!
But none of that mattered.
From the moment we met, I understood exactly what they were looking for. We just clicked. They put their trust and faith in me, and that is something I will never take for granted.
Like many home searches, there were a few swings and misses along the way. Then one day, we found it: a pile of dirt and a cinderblock foundation. While others may have seen a construction site, we saw the vision. We saw the possibilities. We saw home.
Yesterday, they closed on 110 Lighterknot Lane.
What started as a missed phone call became a friendship and a journey to their own piece of paradise—a forever home that brings them closer to family, friends, and the peace of mind they’ve been searching for.
