I’m so excited for my friend and first time homebuyer! She’s the single mother of 2 very young children and also raises her teenage niece. She put herself through college and excels in her career and she’s only 26! When we started talking about her buying a house a year ago we ran into a couple of things she needed to work on in order to make this possible. She jumped right on it, even with all of her other responsibilities, and she’s now under contract to buy herself a house! It is possible to own a home even when it seems like something so far out of reach. With the right guidance and self motivation you can become a home owner.
