Robert helped us sell our existing home and buy our new home. Robert was there every step of the way for us. He helped us navigate the uncharted territories, and was not only a great agent but a great support system. When we decided that the first buyers where just not nice people and we d
idn't want to sell our home to them, or force them on our neighbors, Robert fully supported our decision even though it meant losing the deal. He immediately hit the streets and quickly found a new buyer. We moved to eastern Long Island, which was a new experience. Robert has continued to be a source of tradesmen and help to us. Showed home in 2014 in Pine Neck, North Haven, NY 11963. Robert has been a true pleasure to work with and very professional in showing us properties for investment and/or rental income or future appreciation. He has an intimate knowledge of our area (Hamptons - South Fork- Sag Harbor) and knows the pro's and con's of all properties we have considered. He is on our side when negotiating offers for us and quick to pick up when asking prices are not realistic or reflective of fair market values.
