💛 Community Coming Together for Norris Elementary 💛

We set out to make a difference by donating a portion of our sales to raise money for supplies for the students & staff at Norris Elementary. That first push brought in an amazing $700!

From there, we reached out to our fellow local businesses to see if they’d match our donation—
and WOW, did our community show up!

📢 New Home Inspection Policy in Massachusetts – Know Your Rights!

🏠Starting after October 15, 2025, sellers of residential property in MA can no longer require or encourage buyers to waive their right to a home inspection—except in limited cases such as sales between family members or pursuant to divorce judgments (See 760 CMR 74.00 for exhaustive list).

💡 Buyers must be informed in writing of their inspection rights, and sellers must provide a written disclosure that acceptance of their offer is not contingent upon the waiver of a home inspection.

The law aims to protect buyers' health, safety, and financial interests. Violations will be considered unfair or deceptive business practices under MA law.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of the Honorable Frank Flannery.

A cherished former attorney at our law firm, Judge Flannery had most recently served as an Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court. His dedication to justice, commitment to excellence, and deep compassion left a lasting impact on colleagues, clients, and the wider legal community.

Frank was not only a respected legal mind but also a mentor and friend to many. His sudden loss is deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with his family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Frank. Your legacy will not be forgotten.
