Dear Client, Friend and Associate:
I am pleased to announce some exciting changes that are happening with my law practice. In order to continue to provide our clients with excellent service and to adapt to the new Court processes and a changing landscape, we have made several significant improvements in our office procedures and practice overall.
First, we have significantly upgraded our technology. We have transferred our existing physical client files into secure, encrypted digital files and developed systems to avoid use of paper whenever possible. This will enable quicker access to files and also minimize environmental waste. We have upgraded our communications platform so that all our communications, by any means, are more secure and efficient. Due to changes in Court processes, client preferences and the impact of Covid, we are transitioning into doing more virtual interactions whenever possible (phone and video) in order to provide the best and most efficient service to our clients. Less overhead means better value to our clients!
Another change will be our location. After nearly 30 years, I am closing the Office at 15 West Manor Drive in Pacifica. Effective July 1, 2021, we will have a new office location where I can meet with clients and perform document executions, if necessary. This new meeting address is 1750 Francisco Blvd. in Pacifica. I will, however, be emphasizing phone and video consultations whenever possible. This will reduce costs and will result in greater value to my clients.
Our phone number, fax number and emails will all remain the same, however our new mailing address will be in Sonoma. All mailings as of July 1, 2021 should be sent to the care of my friendly and highly competent assistant, Maggie Connors and addressed to either: Mr. Peter L. Balogh or Maggie Connors, 954 Oak Street, Sonoma, CA 95476.
Payment options will continue as always in following order of preference: Zelle, check to our new mailing address, PayPal (there is now a PayPal button on our website), or by credit card on our website. Wire transfers via TransferWise can also be arranged.
