estate appraiser, then starting his own Real Estate Appraisal Company that he operated for 13 years. In 2006, Gregory acquired his California Real Estate Brokers license followed by acquiring his Nevada Broker Salesperson license. Gregory's passion for luxury real estate, innovative architecture, and green building concepts, eventually led him to become a successful developer utilizing progressive building techniques of his own. Gregory was born and raised in Los Angeles, he eventually headed to Northern California after earning a football scholarship to California State University Sacramento and graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. During this time he developed his close connection to Lake Tahoe, eventually moving there in 2006. Since moving to Tahoe in 2006, Gregory has appraised thousands of homes all throughout Lake Tahoe.
