Latest Market Update for Chittenden County: A healthy market would have a 6 month supply of homes. Currently if no other single family homes or any additional Townhouse/Condos came on the market it would take about 2.7 months for there to be no properties available.

The Burlington Market is at 1.5 month of inventory for single family homes and 1.2 months of inventory for Townhomes/Condos crazy!!
