As Christmas arrives, we’re reflecting on the words of Isaiah 9:6 — “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given…” ✨

This season reminds us of the hope, peace, and joy that entered the world with the birth of Christ. It’s a time to give thanks for the light He brings. No matter how you're celebrating the season, we invite you to join us in reflecting on the true meaning of Christmas.

Please note that our office is closed December 24th through December 26th as we celebrate with our loved ones.

Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas filled with the peace of the season.

Thanksgiving is one of the busiest travel times of the year, and the roads will be packed with people heading out to visit loved ones.

Whether you're driving a few miles or a few hundred, we’re sharing a few reminders to help you stay safe behind the wheel:

🔹Watch for deer. Collisions spike between October and December, especially around dawn and dusk.
🔹Travel smart: Peak travel times are typically Wednesday afternoon and Sunday evening.
🔹Check the forecast: Ice, snow, and rain can quickly change road conditions, so make sure your vehicle is road-ready.
🔹Minimize distractions: Stay off your phone and focus on the road.
🔹Rest up: Avoid driving drowsy, and never drive under the influence.

If you or someone you know is involved in an accident this holiday season, we are here to help you navigate your next steps. Wishing you and your family a safe and happy Thanksgiving.

On this Veterans Day, we’re taking a moment to reflect and say thank you. To all who have served and to the families who support them: your sacrifice, strength, and dedication mean more than words can express.

It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, but today reminds us to slow down and recognize the everyday heroes who walk among us. If you’re a veteran or have one in your life, we hope today brings you the appreciation you so deeply deserve. Thank you for your service.

Please note that our office is closed on November 11th in observance of the holiday. We’ll be back on Wednesday, November 12th, ready to respond to any messages received during our absence.

Amusement parks are meant to be a place of fun and excitement, but accidents can happen, sometimes leading to serious injuries. If you or a loved one has been injured at an amusement park, understanding who may be responsible is important.

Liability depends on several factors, including:

✅ Premises Liability - Amusement parks have a duty to maintain safe conditions. If an injury occurs due to hazards such as broken rides or slippery walkways, the park may be held responsible.

✅ Employee Negligence - If an accident results from an employee’s improper operation of a ride or failure to follow safety protocols, both the employee and the park may be liable.

✅ Product Liability - If a ride malfunctions due to a design or manufacturing defect, the manufacturer may be held accountable.

Wherever the incident occurs, if you or a loved one has been injured, understanding your legal rights is crucial. Give us a call anytime; we’re here to help. 574-271-4435
