Today I will mediate a dispute between a HOA and two residents over a view.
At issue is a new 40 ' garage being constructed by a neighbor that blocks the view of the neighbor who was assured that he would always have the views of oaks and sunsets.
The controlling factor is the CCR's and the Architectural Review committee giving approval.
There are outstanding lawyers representing their clients.
Folks this is a tuff one and my role is to be. neutral and transparent.
What are the possible solutions or problem solving prior to litigation?
What ever the outcome these two neighbors will be living next door to one another in a small 32 unit subdivision
