In addition, her long-time residence in the Napa-Sonoma Wine Country has allowed her to gain broad and unsurpassed market knowledge contributing to her stellar career representing estate homes, land and vineyards. During the past decade, Carol has earned esteem locally, nationally and internationally, not only with her distinguished clientele, but also in highly respected publications such as the Wall Street Journal. Her recent succession of record-breaking sales supports that acclaim and includes her involvement in the 2010 sale of the highest-priced residential property in Sonoma County history at $35 million and the highest-priced residential sale in Napa Valley history the following year. Carol brings excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills to her work and is known by her clients and colleagues alike for her honesty, integrity and dedication to the best interests of her buyers and sellers. She is also dedicated to her community and family.
