Tonight’s event was one for the books! We were able to provide personalized Christmas gifts to nearly 300 kids with parents incarcerated at PCDC.

Thanks to the hard work of our paralegals Annette Blankenship Vaught and Whitney Marcum, our legal assistant Gabbi Barker, our sweet daughter Kayleigh Bartley, the Pulaski Jailer Anthony McCollum and his staff, and some very special volunteers, it was one of our most successful events yet!

A special thanks to those who donated, including Griswold Lighting for providing a beautiful Christmas display, Haney's Appledale Farm for the hot apple cider, Penn Station East Coast Subs for the sandwiches, Ollie's, and many more generous donors and volunteers without whom we could never make this happen! If we left anyone out, please let us know and tag yourself in photos!

An extra special thanks to the legendary Willie Cauley-Stein for showing up, handing out gifts, and putting smiles on some happy kiddos’ faces!

This picture, this moment, this mission hit me hard 🥹 The Law Office of Jeremy A. Bartley, PSC staff invited Skyhope to join them in organizing presents they purchased today for the children impacted by loved ones incarcerated. We have felt that on many levels. The ladies are honored to help serve their "brothers and sisters" who have not found their path..they have been in that place of uncertainty.

Here is where this picture puts our life in perspective, adding to our own journey. Gabbi Barker was one of those children. JAB law office and his staff Annette Blankenship Vaught took her under their wing, leading, teaching, mentoring and loving her as she discovers her own purpose. She is a light of hope to other children, your parents past burdens are not for you to carry. You are a blessing and a gift.

Who knew when we moved here that our family would be connected to JAB law office. Who knew doors would open, relationships built that would lead Gabbi to help bless the children who are where she once was. Our family is transparent, and transformed 💚🥹 We didn't know where we were going, but the great spirit God did, all we had to do was elevate our faith and let him lead the way 🙏

Jailer McCollum and Chief Norfleet visited Santa to share what each kid is wishing for this year.

If you’d like to give back this Christmas and help Santa (Pulaski County Detention Center and Jeremy Bartleys Law Office) provide for the more than 300 inmates’ children, checks may be written to the JAB Community Foundation.
Any and all help is very much appreciated! We will be shopping the first week in December.
