Tuesday from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. Lunch 1-2 pm
Wednesday from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm
Thursday from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. Lunch 1-2 pm
I will still be processing all your NEW, RENEWAL AND PAYMENTS on your current policies that you have purchased on the Medicaid Auto policy ($1.00 a day).

Walk ins are acceptable without an appointment.
$185.00 (1/2 OF YEAR PAYMENT) IS DUE WITH ALL APPLICATIONS
OR $360.00 FOR FULL YEAR
CASH, MONEY ORDER, DEBIT CARDS, CHARGE CARDS ARE NOW ACCEPTED.
If you have a payment to make you can come in at any time and get a receipt for your payment. YOU MUST BRING IN YOUR BILL IN ORDER FOR THIS TO BE PROCESSED WHEN I AM NOT IN THE OFFICE.
