Richard, having owned and operated Mancini Building Corporation for over 35 years, decided to acquire his Brokers License in 1995. Richard wanted his homes to be sold with a personable and reliable touch. Richard joined forces with his wife Joan, of 33 years, to

form Mancini Realty. The combination of Richard’s comprehensive knowledge of building homes and Joan’s passion for sales was a perfect fit into becoming a Real Estate office. The office is located in the heart of historic Somers, residing in a charming 1800’s colonial which Richard and Joan recently restored.
